Do we need all of these apps?

No. Turn on the ones that match how you run, a gym might start with Wellbook and Members; a clinic with Physio Manager. Add more whenever you like. Everything is included in the one price either way.

We're a gym only, or a clinic only. Is this still for us?

Each app stands on its own, turn on what you need. You'll get the most from ZAPT if you run both fitness and treatment under one roof, or plan to add the other side soon. If you're a pure gym with no clinical work and none planned, a gym-only tool may suit you better for now.

We already run gym software and a clinic system side by side, why change?

If the two-system setup works for you, keep it. The businesses that move to ZAPT are the ones feeling the seam: the same person existing twice, referrals between the floor and the treatment room tracked in neither system, two bills, two logins, two pictures of the same client. ZAPT's point isn't more features than either system, it's that both sides finally work from one record.

How is patient data protected?

Clinical notes and patient records are encrypted in transit and at rest. Intake forms capture auditable consent. ZAPT acts as a data processor for your organisation, see our Data Processing Agreement.

What do our members and patients see?

A portal branded with your logo and colours, book and pay for sessions, follow a programme, log workouts, do recovery check-ins, and manage their own membership.

What does it cost?

One flat monthly price for the whole platform, every app on this page and everything else on ZAPT, for your whole team. No per-app charges, no per-member fees. Free while it's just you, then seven days free when you add your team. No card.
