Common questions

Do staff need a native app?

No. The phone browser clocks in/out and queues punches when signal drops. A native app can come later if you want it, the same punches and timesheets stay the source of truth.

Will this replace Sage or Xero payroll?

Not in this pack. You approve timesheets in ZAPT and download a CSV with payroll references so your bureau or clerk can import. Live payroll API sync is a later conversation.

What about DBS?

Onboarding stores certificate details and renewals on the candidate. We don't submit to a bureau from the app, your existing check process stays as it is.

Can you match how Merco / our office already works?
