Do you just take my code and host it?

No, and that's deliberate. Prototype code usually isn't safe to run a business on long-term, however well it works today. We rebuild your workflow on the platform's shared foundations (accounts, backups, billing, hosting), so it behaves like software that's had a team behind it for years. Your prototype's job is to show us exactly what to build.

How long does it take?

Days, not months, your prototype has already answered the questions that normally take weeks: what the workflow is, what the edge cases are, what the screens should show. Once it's live, changes you ask for ship within the hour.

What if it does something very specific to my business?

That's the point of the platform. The specific parts are what we build; the generic parts (logins, payments, hosting) already exist. The unusual thing your tool does is usually the cheapest part to add.

I'm embarrassed by the state of it.

Most people do. A messy prototype that a real business actually uses is worth more to us than a clean spec document. Send it as it is.

What happens to my existing data?

We migrate it. CSV export, database dump, or screenshots and re-entry for small datasets, all workable; CSV export is the most common.

What if I cancel?

Your data exports in standard formats and it's yours. No lock-in, you've had enough of feeling trapped by software, one way or another.
